All the cheap shit is still there, but now characters that struggled due to strange design decisions or having other characters make them obsolete have some more juice that hopefully brings out unique aspects of their gameplan if they needed it.įor most of the characters I didn't touch, it's because I either feel the character perfectly fits their niche or I don't understand enough about the character to make realistic adjustments without feeling I'd be going overboard. There is very little nerfing going on, with only Morrigan, Vergil, Zero and Phoenix being slightly touched as to tone down their effectiveness while still keeping them as the characters they are (fireball hell, dumb unblockables and megasatans).
